Delete your QuickBoek account

This page explains how to delete your QuickBoek account from inside the app, what data is deleted, and what limited information may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.

Users can delete their account directly in the app.

  • Follow the in-app steps below to permanently delete the QuickBoek account.
  • Most account data is deleted from active systems after the request is confirmed.

Open the settings screen

Go to the profile or settings area where account actions are available.

Choose the account deletion option

Select the option that starts the account deletion flow inside the app.

Review the warning message

Read the deletion warning carefully before continuing.

Confirm the deletion request

Confirm that you want the account and related user data to be deleted.

Wait for the final confirmation

The app shows the final confirmation before the account is removed from active access.

Deletion completed

After the last confirmation, the app finishes the deletion flow and removes account access.

Data deleted with the account

Deleting the account removes access to the QuickBoek account and deletes account-associated records from active systems, such as profile details and user-managed administration data stored for that account.

Data that may be retained for a limited time

QuickBoek may retain limited records when this is required by law, needed for accounting compliance, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or security investigations. Such retained information is kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.
